Failed generation

A confirmed failed generation restores the credits charged for that take exactly once. While acceptance or status is uncertain,the task remains in your history for reconciliation. Do not submit duplicate requests to recover a slow task.

Purchases

For an accidental or duplicate pack purchase,contact support promptly with the order reference. We review unused-credit refund requests individually. Credits already used for successfully completed generation are generally not refundable,except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
